We are used to peel most of the fruits. I myself used to eat kiwi only if it was peeled until a few months ago. Then by chance I found a video on youtube of a guy who ate different fruits as they were, after having cleaned them well. So I decided to give a try. The first bite was anticipated by a moment of hesitation but after biting the kiwi, I thought there was not much difference from the other times. Not only it is more practical, but the antioxidants contained in the kiwi peel are three times those present in the flesh.
That being said, would you try? I advice you to choose organic kiwi and whose skin is not too thick.
